Instead, we’ll surface the internal blockers that sabotage stakeholder relationships and build the mindset, muscle, and metaphor to lead with clarity, courage, and strategic sass.

Through a blend of sharp theory, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, coaching labs, and visual provocations, participants will decode their stakeholder landscape, confront their inner saboteurs, and design a future-ready engagement strategy that doesn’t require a personality transplant.

• Spot and challenge your inner saboteurs in coaching triads using the GROW model

• Create your own “Stakeholder Commitment Statement” to engage with intention—not obligation
