Through a blend of strategic theory, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, coaching labs, and sardonic metaphor, participants will explore what makes teams tick—and what makes them stall. We’ll unpack cultural blockers, leadership habits, and the rituals that either enable performance or quietly sabotage it. Then we’ll start to build the mindset, models, and momentum to lead teams that deliver—without the drama or the delusion.

• Diagnose your team’s current culture using metaphorical LEGO® builds (yes, the bricks reveal more than your team survey ever did)

• Visualise your ideal high-performing team—and what it actually takes to get there

• Explore your personal leadership blockers in a coaching lab designed to provoke, not pacify

• Create your own “Leadership Commitment Canvas” to shift habits, embed rituals, and lead with intent
