Let’s be honest: most delegation training is a polite way to justify control freakery with a Gantt chart. This isn’t that.

Delegation by Design is a full-day, face-to-face workshop for leaders, managers, and humans who want to stop hoarding tasks and start building ecosystems of ownership. Through a blend of theory, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, coaching labs, and sardonic visual frameworks, participants will unpack why delegation feels risky—and how to make it strategic, developmental, and actually stick.

We’ll explore identity triggers, perfectionist traps, and the martyrdom myth. Then we’ll build the mindset, rituals, and muscle to delegate without spiralling into guilt, panic, or passive-aggressive Slack messages.

• Build models of your blockers, beliefs, and delegation dysfunction using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

• Unpick your own delegation dilemmas in coaching triads

• Design your own “Delegation Ecosystem” with rituals, support structures, and accountability loops
