Thinking Beyond the Obvious

A one-day workshop for professionals who say “I’m a strategic thinker” while secretly Googling “what is critical thinking?” during meetings.

Let’s be honest: most critical thinking training is a beige PowerPoint parade of logic trees and Socratic name-dropping. This isn’t that.

Thinking Beyond the Obvious is a full-day, face-to-face workshop for leaders, managers, and curious humans who want to stop reacting on autopilot and start thinking with clarity, depth, and a dash of healthy scepticism. Through a blend of light theory, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and coaching triads, participants will explore what it really means to think critically—and why it’s harder than it sounds.

We’ll unpack assumptions, build thinking toolkits, and rehearse real dilemmas without descending into philosophical navel-gazing or role-play awkwardness. Then we’ll construct the mindset, rituals, and muscle to make better decisions—without spiralling into analysis paralysis or spreadsheet-induced existential dread.
